  Been going to this location for years. Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service. I always ask for Olivia to help me. My only knock is they never seem to have the phone I want in stock and thus have to order it, hey but at least then the activation fee goes on the next months bill. I reccomend this store to all who value attentive and courteous assistance.

  Best sprint store by far in lynchburg! Everyone is always helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere is always laid back, and no pressure to see a certain device, or promoting a particular company. They give fair, and equal evaluation of the different phones on the market. For someone has trouble making split decisions, it's wonderful to not feel stressed or pressured, and then end up with a phone that I hate because someone was pushing a device or company.
