  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed my ring resized and they did it perfectly with a quick turnaround time . I'll be sure to come back if I need rings resized again

  I came in on a Saturday to buy a bracelet for my child. The lady was very nice and friendly told me about her kids I told her about mine. Well turns out, she was friendly to just get the sale. I was told I would be called when my bracelet was finished being re-sized. I never got a call I went to the shop the following Tuesday, another lady went to get my bracelet and told me I owed 6.00 dollars for the resize after the other lady told me Saturday that it was included in the total price I paid Saturday. the lady that sold me the bracelet was there and acted as if she has never seen me in her life before. I asked to speak to a manager he was sitting there the whole time listening and didn't show any concern once she called his name he just strugged his shoulders never came to speak to me or said anything. The lady then said the owner isn't her until Thursday so you can come back and speak to him. I told them I would pay again but take my business else where in the future. I then got a call about 10 minutes after leaving the woman apologized because she calculated " in her head" and gave me the incorrect total.
