I had called several others, and they were the only ones who got back to me. Even though the initial appointment didn't solve the problem (at no fault of their own), the technician Michael came back the same day to assess it. He was very thorough in explaining the problem, and my options for fixing it. Kind, courteous and respectful. A ten star company!
