  Don’t ever try to return anything here if you don’t happen to have your receipt. I bought something, less than a month ago, and was told that I could return it as long as I had the phone number or card I used. Well, I gave them the phone number that I ALWAYS use when making purchases here and they claimed that it wasn’t in their system, which is complete bologna! I tried them to get them to look it up with my debit card, and they flat out refused. It wasn’t like I was trying to return a high dollar item, it was an item that was under $10. The cashier was extremely rude. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here, but refuse to even step foot in this joke of a store again.

  Great store and great value. Some of their stuff is junk, but keep your receipt and if it breaks, they refund or replace. Very professional. Most of their stuff is 90+% as good as what you'd get from expensive brands like snap-on or kobalt etc, but for 10% of the price. Take advantage of their coupons!
