  I have been going to the FYE store in Lynchburg,Va. River Ridge Mall since day 1. I have seen the many changes in the store and it's employees over the years. The employees and the management crew threre now are helpful and have worked hard to satisfy there customers and to keep the store comfortable to shop in. At this time the FYE store is in great shape and it's employees deserve a lot of credit and not criticism. Thank You for great shopping expirences.

  I preordered the Nintendo Switch ($100 down) and when I went to pick it up, they were... out? They sold more preorders than the amount of consoles they knew they were getting. But at least the manager got one!
