  Horrible service. My husband and I ordered an entertainment center at the beginning of November 2017 and paid for it all up front. They told us we would receive it in about three weeks. It arrived right before Christmas damaged. We called and they said they would replace it. We waited about a month and the second came damaged again. They told us then it would only be about a week or so to repair the damaged piece. It is now March and we have still yet to receive our new undamaged entertainment center. We have called multiple times and they just tell us to call the warehouse and they will call us back. They never call us back. This has been the worst expierence with buying furniture. Do not buy from Ashley home furniture unless you want to get damaged furniture and people who don’t want to help.
